Returns & Refunds
Consignment items are generally final sale
- Final sale: All sales are final due to the unique nature of consignment goods.
- Check listings: Please review photos, measurements, and item details before buying.
- Exceptions (7 days): If an item is significantly not as described (e.g., wrong brand) or there’s an authenticity concern, contact us within 7 days with proof/photos.
- Resolution: If approved, we may offer store credit or a refund (our choice depending on the situation).
- Non-returnable: Items with wear consistent with the listing, fit/size issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Shipping
Quick ship + tracking included (U.S. only)
- Timing: Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery varies by location.
- Cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout (based on order total / weight / destination).
- Tracking: Tracking is provided once the label is created.
- Carrier delays: Delays can happen; we’re not responsible for delays outside our control.
- Issues: Report lost packages within 10 days of the estimated delivery date; report damage within 5 days with photos.
- Risk: Ownership/risk transfers to you once the package is accepted by the carrier.

- Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
