Mackenzie Webb

From accounting to boutique ownership — Mackenzie is building a welcoming space where elevated consignment feels easy, inspiring, and fun.

Mackenzie has always been a fashionista, drawn to bold details, great shoes, and the excitement of a perfectly styled look. Over time, she developed a deeper appreciation for shopping local, sustainability, and building community through affordable fashion.

She began her career in accounting, studying at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and later auditing with a Big 4 accounting firm in Los Angeles. Realizing creativity was the spark she couldn’t ignore, she took a leap of faith to pursue her passion for sustainable fashion.

When the opportunity came to continue Chill Boutique and keep it rooted in the community, it felt like the perfect fit. Today, Mackenzie focuses on making Chill a warm, welcoming place to discover new favorites where elevated consignment feels easy, inspiring, and fun.

Wearable art inspired by nature and creativity. Originally from Poland and now based in Arizona, Ula has been creating by hand her entire life — from fiber art and macramé to detailed wood burning. Today, she brings that artistry to hats, hand-burning one-of-a-kind designs inspired by horses, wildlife, desert landscapes, and meaningful words. Each piece is thoughtfully made to be worn, loved, and truly personal.
